A fully matured ewe's milk cheese from the famous cheese-making area of La Manca in Spain.
Matured for a minimum of 6 months, it is fruity with caramel and nutty flavours.
Ingredients: Manchego Cheese (Sheep's Milk) Preservative: Lysozyme (Egg), Rind only: Preservative Natamycin.
