All of our meat is sourced from local farmers and suppliers who share our belief that animals should be treated with respect, care and live as natural a life as possible.

Years of experience – and our customers – tell us that not only is this the ethical thing to do, but it also results in the tastiest, most succulent meat.

All our pork is sourced from East Anglian farms, from free-range pigs born, reared and matured outdoors.

All our lamb and beef is from East Anglian farms whose animals live natural lives outdoors and graze naturally in wide open spaces.
